WEBINAR SERIES AGENDA
July 22, 9 am PT: Feeling Safe
Over the past few months, the vital role of safety to our sense of well-being has been amplified. When we feel unsafe or lack the security we crave, we simply cannot focus and apply ourselves fully. This has raised some big questions that require answers. What does it take to feel safe? And how can we create a truly safe work experience for employees? One thing is for sure, it has got everything to do with trust.
July 29, 10 am PT: Feeling Connected
We have long known the importance of feeling belonging with other people. In fact, it may be one of our most powerful drives we have as human beings. Recent requirements to socially isolate ourselves has highlighted how critical feeling connected is to our mental well-being. Work is one of the most important places we find connection, but it is not always easy. In this conversation, we will explore how to support employees more effectively in cultivating connection at work and beyond.
August 5, 10 am PT: Feeling Loved
Research from Gallup and others has shown that while employees crave acknowledgement and recognition at work, most are not getting it. Beyond that, to be fully engaged in our work requires that we feel cared for and supported by those we work with. Simply put, if we want the best from our employees, they need to feel the love at work. In this webinar, we will explore some simple and powerful ways to ensure they do.
August 12, 10 am PT: Feeling Whole
In order to bring our whole selves to our work requires that we feel comfortable with what we have to share. To create an experience of work where people can make their greatest contributions, we must support everyone on their journey to authenticity and self-acceptance. Only when we feel grounded and whole in who we are can we then bring that unique diversity and value to our work.
